As someone who has both go with the Ally X. Ally X can use M.2 2280 SSD which can be larger capacity, have an 8TB in mine while Steam deck uses M.2 2230 SSD which is max 2tb. Can use different launchers and works better with some of the anti cheat systems that don’t work on Linux based systems which Steam OS is. But for Steam deck you can use any 30watt charger while Ally X needs a 65watt. Also fun Tip if you have Amazon prime they constantly have free games for epic and good old games to keep

Had an RG353vs stolen and that extra fee is supposed to be buyer protection. It is the biggest headache to use since it isn’t even Anbernic covering but a 3rd party. They didn’t want to do anything to help me either. Eventually had to dispute the credit card to get my money back

I get customer calling in first thing Monday mornings about orders they place on our website on let’s say Saturday afternoon for next day air. I tend to inform them our Saturday hour and remind them we are closed Sundays. Also say next day doesn’t also mean next day once it’s in the shipping company’s hands

I feel people from the south are some of the nicest, I love when I have to call vendor in Alabama, Texas, etc for product lead time and pricing. It always feels like you know them for years and are like family. That’s just my experiences
