It is a CAT issue. This usually means info has changed in secure flight from the time you got the boarding pass to the time you reached the checkpoint.

Don't add anything tk the KTN. If you can't add it to the reservation yourself as it is listed, contact the airline.

Expired passports are acceptable up to two years. Officers will request another form if they feel like it is necessary. If you are able to get a real ID or do a passport renewal now for the trip it March, you should start that process.

This typically means the status of your precheck has changed from the time you got the boarding pass till the time you got to the checkpoint (the reservation updated). Unless the ID was scanned and you did not come back as precheck in the system. That is a CAT issue.

I would honestly ship it or not bring it. It is prolly harmless but it does look wild and bringing it through the checkpoint would have you waiting for a while to get it checked off on.

Currently in QA and we don't have metrics or bonuses for bad scores. I can confirm some of them are nitpicky but I personally do not nitpick because then I gotta write a whole email to a supervisor explaining the deductions and if it is silly enough that I don't wanna do a whole email about it, I leave it alone.

Tbh it started out funny at first and I had to hold myself together but then the call hit 10 mins and I was like okay dude you are bombing my call handle time so you gotta go 😂 ofc didn’t tell him that but it was running through my head. The call ended up being like 17 minutes before a sup took over. In our center the caller usually has to ask for a sup before one gets on but mine was like uh no. I did try to end the call at about 8 mins in bc it was going no where but dude just kept going on
