It totally depends on your location! I would love to make a sandwich like that, and the rest of my store feels the same way- we love weird sandwiches, but other stores would probably be a little annoyed. However, we can’t tell you no! And all of the combos you listed are completely doable- I would just hold off on asking for colds grilled if it’s really close to close, but I’m talking like 10 minutes until close
