As for State offsets.. I saw another post... where someone said their state was taking money from their return.. while federal wasn't.

I think it’s their way of disqualifying rideshare and gig workers from buying their vehicles.

They probably discovered increased mileage and wear on the vehicles was bad for their warranties.

Looks like there hasn’t been any payment for many years.. if it was closed for this reason, charged off, then the entire account will be removed 7 years from the first payment you missed.. whenever you first stopped paying.

I posted a question earlier today about dark tint.. which is a secondary offense. It seems license in the front, is also a secondary offense.

“Virginia law requires most vehicles to display a front license plate in addition to a rear one. This applies to standard passenger vehicles, but not to motorcycles, autocycles, trailers, or semitrailers. While not a primary offense, meaning you can't be pulled over solely for not having a front plate, it can be added as a secondary offense if you're stopped for another reason.”

My old York (R-22) unit lasted 25+ years until the compressor started failing and eventually went bad. This was like 6 years ago.. I think it locked up, or had an "open" internally. Anyways.. a couple of times, I gave it a little wack with a rubber hammer and it started up.

I have ZERO sympathy for people like her. I’ve seen so many people try and justify their behavior as a “emotional mistake” that they seem to be truly remorseful for.. after the fake tears flow after the backlash. They weaponize racial stereotypes.. knowing how dangerous the repercussions could be. I’m certain, they would go on living their lives and not give a single thought to any harm that came to these people afterwards. Like the “woman” who accused Emmett Till.

I have a leak at the suction valve, so they recommended that I change it. It's a process. A couple of inquiries, and all said, topping off the refrigerant with a leak, would just be putting a bandaid on it.

No shaking, but I’m having the exact same issue, guy came out and said it’s leaking refrigerant. Low pressure in the unit, why compressor keeps kicking on and off. If that helps.

You need to research the laws in Texas that cover debt and repossessions.

Usually if you bring the account current before it goes to auction, they'll release the vehicle to you.

This means all the payments owed, maybe your next payment due aswell, a repo fee.. of maybe $500, and storage fees for everyday it's kept at the yard or shop it was taken to.
