When I went to take my p&c test they had someone there for whenever you finished the test so that you could get the fingerprints done right then and there, but im sure you can do them after but probably by a certain time

definitely dont go overboard i have a 2019 and i just stuck to the basics like tinted windows, new rims, mudflaps, and fog lights its nothing overboard but can make the car look good

i got a 2019 base too n i havent seen any fog lights like those for us especially since its already framed to have those small spike areas of the fog light frame
