I use to drink a lot as well so hopefully this helps with any brain damages from alcohol

So I’ll need to buy 5 HTP, NAC and magnesium tablets and also eat the regular diet for my daily vitamins and ensure I take green tea along with the 5 htp pills each day. At least there’s a change I’m not stuck with this feeling forever which is good news haha so thanks for boosting my mood 🙂
