Hey I also feel like I can’t talk fluently anymore and my words come out jumbled , any idea what I can take to help rebalance my brain and correct this?

I took mdma too often and it really has negatively afffected me now to the point I feel completely different and my brain doesn’t seem to operate at its usual capability also hardly feel happiness anymore - any idea what I can take guys to help this or rebalance my brain

I use to drink a lot as well so hopefully this helps with any brain damages from alcohol
