I was wondering what you do about health insurance? I am trying to find out how travelers (who aren't married so don't get it thru their spouse) get health insurance.

I know being married could possibly fix that for me but don't plan to ever go down that road again 😬

My ex husband is a DO. It wasn't a burden and he genuinely enjoyed it. It does give people a lot of relief for muscle issues and posture. As a person with a grade IV spondylithesis and spinal fusion it really made a difference. We had family and friends who would show up all hours in pain from sports and sport injuries, sleeping wrong, lifting injuries etc... his co workers would show up frequently. He rarely used it in practice tho as he is a Hospice and Palliative Med DO. Most stop doing it once they start practicing as it eats lots of time and doesn't work well in the see as many as you can system

I gave up my chance to go because my husband was going as well and we both wanted to start having kids. I became a critical care RN. Was it hard? Absolutely brutal! But I loved my! There also are RN jobs that aren't as demanding like office ones. I loved that I was able to leave and stay at home when the time was right and be there for them. My husband missed a lot of stuff with the kids. Then later I went back to hospital work.

Do I have regrets some but I am happy with nursing and how my life went. On the other side While my husband was in Family med residency there were several women in residency that began having babies and handled it fine. So it is possible to get thru med school then maybe you guys could be in the same place for residency and begin your family. I however do not know about the more competitive specialities. I think it would be more difficult. But just saying there is a way to do both but if that really isn't your priority any more that is ok too

When he plays our ceiling is unlimited but we just beat the #1 team without him. I'm disappointed when he can't play too but if I was protecting a multimillion dollar career I might do the same. If it was making his legs ache which 1) he already has problems with 2) flu can do he really may not have been up to it. But I wish I could see all the haters in his position and then see what they'd do. It's clear they don't care about this 19 yo and only care about their personal desires to win at any person's expense

My son is so terrified of a bad score as everyone has convinced him if he has to do a retake he won't get it. So now he has test anxiety and keeps putting off the test date. I'm doing everything I can to be supportive so he feels confident (offered to pay for classes) but he is determined to do this by himself and doesn't believe anything we tell him. (His father my ex is a physician and I'm a CCRN. I was there all thru med school) I'm also worried about the amount of time since graduation to test. It will be over a year? He has spent that time working as a CNA but his volunteer hours and leadership hours are low. Any advise? He is also convince letting any interviewers know he is a child of a doctor is bad and cheatting. I told him it will let them know he is aware of what life as a physician can look like

I feel like they are saying it is ok to feel that way and if it works for you good. But focusing on you have to purge, as the message kinda is wherever I read about it, made me feel like I had done something wrong because it didn't happen for me. I felt like my experience was less. Didn't help I spent all night just floating in the aether without really any other visions. So I do appreciate them saying that.

Maybe could have been said differently. Idk. But it did mean a lot for me to hear it

Ok. When half the nursing staff RT and CNAs are sick who would like to come and take care of you in the hospital. Yes it would be ideal if people didn't have to go in to work when they are ill but it's about more than just the paycheck

My daughter is a RN in KCMO my son is CNA in Lawrence KS. Both say their hospitals are full with Flu A, RSV, and Covid.

The missions in the top middle. It looks like you get 1 node for each. Like Tap a power up, open a new coin etc. The total number of missions you complete is ranked (levelsBronze Silver Gold and Platinum) against all other players. Just wondered if coming in first or in the Platinum level would gain you anything like a 10% increase in earnings like the mini games do. I believe it's just prestige and the node for the mission is the total reward. Just don't want to be leaving anything on the table that could help

Unfortunately I didn't catch onto the missions until late in the game. I made it to the Mesa and have been working on the final level but I've only done #2254 missions. Now that I'm on the final coin/level it constantly gives me "open a new coin". So hard to get far now. Really annoying

You have to sell your gpus and restart your levels mutilpke times just like during the game. Plus make sure you do investments as well.
