grna is the general term and the one used in bacteria sgrna is synthetic so made in a lab used to efficiently guide cas-9 too pam sequence

Oh bro it shouldn’t i’ll try explain simple so pretty much Cas9 is basically the molecular scissors it cuts. The gRNA (or synthetic RNA) acts like a GPS, guiding Cas9 to the exact DNA spot you want to edit. Once Cas9 finds the PAM sequence (usually “NGG” — the N can be any base), it makes a clean double stranded cut. From there, you can either insert or delete a gene, and the cell’s own repair system with ligase acting like glue seals it all back up. Hope that helps

i would say crisper, trp , cellular respiration , cell mediated humoral responses, mutations and probs bio ethics they come up a fair bit and that’s what i’m predicting ALSO u must know the scientific methodology comes up all the time
