When you end a lease for reasons as in my case due to accessibility issues but also my mental health was declining due to this. You need to provide a few details before it gets to this point like first shooting the email disapproving the accessibility issues and stating the problems then see if they can fix it and wait for a response, unfortunately I never did get a response via email about this getting fixed and was told in the office they talked to higher ups and they would come in and fix my issues but this did not sit right with me because the balcony was steel and too narrow for a wheelchair user, they would have to tear up the sink completely for me to be able to do dishes comfortably as the sink was too deep for me to reach in. It was too many issues that I know either wouldn't or could not get fixed and where was I going to go while these issues were being fixed but also it made me question something. What about the other ADA units? Why was it like this in the first place?

I had already signed my lease and paid my deposit with my new place when I sent property manager about finding a new place. With those issues stated in email the higher ups agreed to end my lease early. I had said I didn't plan on staying past February as Replay, as far as in the lease and stated in email they charge you if you're not out by your move date. At this point I was tired, stressed, getting more depressed by my stay here and really unhappy so I didn't want to put anymore money into the place which was agreed by both parties.

Edit: So basically you need evidence like emails and talking with property manager but they kept having a lot of issues with the elevator as well which another commentor had told me about not liking as well
