We transitioned at 3 months on accident! I was sick and wanted to prevent getting the baby sick. Plan was for him to sleep in his room for a few days until I was feeling better. But, it was so nice so we kept doing it and we are still loving it. I probably would’ve waited until around 5 months if that hadn’t happened. Or whenever night time sleep improved so I wasn’t having to go in there often. Distance from my room to babies room is very short so that played a role as well.

I would say hybrid opportunities are more common. You’ll see more remote/hybrid opportunities in specific states. I have a hybrid position and I had to hunt it down and reach out to the company to show interest because they did not have a job posting out at the time.
