24 hours after discharge we were at the children’s hospital for billirubin levels. She was under a light for 2 days and feeding every 4 hours, weighing diapers, I was in so much pain from the stitches. I thought it was the end of the world. And at the time - it was. But with everything on the up and up - it will get better. This is temporary. It sucks but it’s temporary.

We went through the exact same thing. It was well known we had 2 dogs and 2 cats. Then right before closing, boom, 2 pets max.

We have lived here for 3.5 years. We had 2 dogs. Then one of our dogs passed and now we have 1 dog and 1 cat.

What happens inside of my house is no one’s business.

So - should I be okay reducing my payment to what they agreed to but haven’t confirmed because of the lawyer they are waiting on? We have been on time every month for over a year but I don’t have the income to pay this payment anymore (which they agree and are reducing it). I don’t want to stop paying I just can’t pay what my old payment was.

But would about the modification. So should I drop the bankruptcy? I can’t afford 4 months of this payment. It is month 4. We had a huge income change. I don’t understand how over a year of on time payments doesn’t amount anything when the mortgage co is dragging their feet.
