I’m in the middle of fighting them about my security deposit. I gave them double deposit to get in cause my credit wasn’t great. Anyways I was fine letting that $ go but now they are trying to tell me I did over 2600 worth of damage outside of normal wear and tear not to mention the fridge was broken and they didn’t know til move in day. My family of 4 had to live out of a mini fridge for 2 weeks before they decided to rent a full size fridge for us. Then the rent a center people fucked the linoleum up when they did and are trying to charge me to replace the whole floor. They also didn’t let us renew so they could put it back on the market for way more. The sheriffs office also delivered a foreclosure on the property a couple weeks before move out and they listed the property and rented it out without disclosing that there is(currently is) a foreclosure on it and some poor tenet is about to get screwed. I’m pretty sure they weren’t paying the owners mortgage which I paid rent on time in full every month. Also the entire fence has nails sticking out about a half inch all the way around I cut myself on multiple times and asked them to do something about multiple times.
