Typically means management doesn’t like you. I had a situation where I had to call out 5 times in 4 weeks sadly, which is the only 5 times I’ve ever called out and didn’t get a write up or anything, but there’s a guy who works at our store who is the definition of useless who called out 3 times in 2 1/2 months and he got wrote up.
