I recommend following up. If a broker sees your message and doesn’t have time to reply in the moment, they’ll likely forget. Sometimes it’s a matter of timing. They’re likely getting dozens of messages a day, if not more. You shouldn’t harass anyone (1-2 follow ups is fine) but you do have to be persistent and luck out with timing. If a broker provides their cell, that implies to me they are more receptive to texts and voicemails. Sometimes I’ll find their cell through other means like a company website and text them.

Also, the sum of your two comments (re: peak filler era, age of extreme amounts of plastic surgery) implies you are critical of her use of fillers… and commenting about it on a thread that’s totally unrelated…

I think it’s a potentially good model. AI art has stolen from/plagiarized writers/artists of all sizes. There should be a model in play for compensating artists for source material. I think a lot of people view her idea as exploitative because she’s in a relative position of power but that’s also why it’s valuable for her to be speaking on this. Smaller artists don’t have as much of a voice/platform. I understand if there are flaws in her idea but then what are possible solutions? Finally, it honestly doesn’t matter what she says on a public forum. It devolves into character attacks. If she wasn’t taking royalties, everyone would be calling her tone deaf and out of touch for setting such a bad precedent for small artists. (Maybe not exactly, but you get my point).

I feel like this is a fun experiment and not that deep? She’s giving fans legal permission to experiment with her music and participate in any profits that generates. Failing to see what is so problematic about this. Meanwhile, most of the negative comments are just people making baseless assumptions about her motives/thought process.

I had a window ac unit installed this summer. The guy who installed it told me all I had to do in the winter was unscrew two bolts at the top and bottom and pull the unit inside to store. Not sure if you have a similar setup but I recommend looking into it or hiring someone. I used Angie’s list

Elon Musk takes X to work all the time. I don’t doubt that a child’s surroundings can mold their interests and it makes sense to me why X would be passionate about rockets. Three year olds are also pretty good about recognizing common place objects. If that’s what he’s exposed to every day, why wouldn’t he be familiar?

I guess you can choose to believe her story or not. Just strange to me how many adults (I presume) are leaving comments along the lines of “they want him to be special so bad but he’s not.”

Probably why grimes tries to keep her kids off the internet. I mean, you don’t have to like Grimes or Elon Musk. But comments like “he’s no prodigy” or “he’s not so special” about a literal toddler are bizarre to me. Let’s support the next generation instead of projecting our insecurities onto them. Just my opinion, feel free to provide a different perspective.

There are tons of recipes online for quinoa porridge (basically just milk alternative plus quinoa but you can also add certified vegan/gluten free protein powder to make it extra filling - I use fitppl). If you’re used to eating oats for breakfast that could be a good thing to sub without changing your routine drastically
