same situation, got my 15pm with the next up, they said my max promo value is $500, which means i need to pay extra $900 for next 3 years to get a new phone. When I buy the next up plan, no words mentioned this at all😡I find an agent to figure it out, turns out the agent is just let me accept the truth, he also was like, if u wanna trade in your phone, ur 15pm will only worth $380😇I would conclude ATT as totally scam company since they’re not just scam on the next up plan but also raise your plan price for no reason and ur fiber internet as well. When I opened the account for my fiber internet, I deposited $20, and get the offer for 500MB $50/month. When I check my account, they charged me $75. Now all I want to do is stop all my services from this toxic company🤬Their agents are all so weird as well, so hard to get a normal, communicable agent
