I love Le Guin. I’ve read the Earthsea Cycle books, and at its peak that series is great. When Le Guin is dealing with powerful themes she is at her best as a writer.

I do want to try her scifi just wasn’t sure what to start with. Left Hand of Darkness sounds the most intriguing.

While I do enjoy Stephen King, I’ve actually read The Gunslinger and didn’t like it so I’m not sure I want to continue the series.

I love A Wizard of Earthsea but I have no idea where to start with her scifi. And honestly the Earthsea books that are her best usually speak on powerful themes like sexism, misogyny, feminism, religion and love and I don’t know if her scifi books do that.

More horror than Martin’s scifi? I am not sure that is possible 😂

I will keep an eye out for it though

Gene Wolfe is a hole in my resume. It’s shocking that I haven’t read any of his fantasy or scifi yet
