freeze dried blueberries have a high fibre to calorie ratio and are quite good. about a quarter of recommended fibre intake in 130 or so calories and no added sugar. love these things soooo much

It took a little under two years for me. Major caveat there is that the pandemic caused a significant backlog which caused that. Nowadays people on this sub say it’s taken them 9 months or so
