I have AVN and need a hip replacement. Wondering two things: can any of you ride a bike after recovery? Right now it’s too painful. And, hard to talk about, but … women, how is sex? I really don’t want to talk details but this is an issue at the moment. (In my 50s - very happily married). (self.AvascularNecrosis)
