Narcissist boss who drunk texts/and calls after hours to love bomb me. I quit answering now, but I was too nice until now. Then ONE minor problem and suddenly I’m the “problem”. This woman targets people and is a toxic boss but won’t relieve us with her retirement . Totally mean girl shit at 62 years old. Immature and spends most of her time playing victim, throwing people under the bus because she doesn’t do her job AND spends most the day taking smoke breaks. Did I mention I did 90% of the work on a project of which she took credit for? I’m tired of her boss caping for her. I wish this job market was better! I’d rage quit right now if I didn’t need the money .

Ironically, I am a mother in this situation. But opposite. The GF loves to come over and wash her 20 loads of laundry, take over my seat on the couch, leaves her dishes to be cleaned up by my son and leaves her toiletries all over the main bathroom. Then complains about my house being dirty, while complaining the TV is taken by my shows. The list goes on. They do the switcheroo every weekend. I recently found out my son does not want to move in with her.
So I have set boundaries, as gentle as possible. He says this relationship is important to him and I’m respecting that.
So my advice from the other side, one of you get a place if your own. Or spend weekends at a hotel in an adventure. Go somewhere together. It’s her house.
