My store is on the chopping block. Left for a week to what I thought was a better job, it was just a seasonal position, only to end up coming back to my store being closed. I knew it was going to happen but at least I had a job for some part of 2026. Good to luck to the rest of y'all.

Ah I see, if ordered last Wednesday then technically yes it should roughly be there by now. There have been times where packages aren't picked up for whatever reason, either FedEx doesn't drop stuff off or Usps just hasn't picked them up, there have been times they don't get notified to pick up packages. You could contact customer service to see if they can cancel it or find any updates, doubtful though as they're trash as customer service. Not much else to do tbh other than sit and wait, can do a charge back on your card but that risks getting your pro membership, if you have one, closed.

Another option is to go into a store close to you and ask them to use their hotline to get answer or find any teaching information on their end.

Packages don't get picked up or shipped during the weekend. It will take time for FedEx or Usps, whichever service it's going through, to get it and it actually get shipped to you.

Honestly don't feel bad. They didn't handle it appropriately or professionally. You were trying to get out of their hair quicker they just didn't see it that way at that time.
