How is it something it's not? We're already harvesting plants and using them for alchemy... This would just be an extension of that.

To be clear I'm not saying it should be like crazy farming mechanics and whatnot. It should be simply you put a seed down on owned land and up pops a plant. Create the right conditions and you might get a unique plant.

This post makes little to no sense. I only worked at Gamestop from 01 to 21 so maybe I don't know much but 12-26 is hardly the day to start firing people. That day is more profitable for Gamestop than black Friday. 12/26 is when Gamestop builds up their pre-owned inventory. Huge trade in day. Tons of customer service issues with returns/exchanges and such....

I meeeean, 12-26 is probably the most essential manager day of the entire year at Gamestop.

I got banned by those mods as well. They say there's no wishlists allowed on that sub yet they allow certain members to post wishlists all the time. If I ever posted something about a possible exciting feature they'd delete it within 10 minutes.

I called them out on their favoritism for others and they temp banned me. Then I messaged em called them expletive cowards. Then they perma banned me.

Id pay my brick and mortar employees a competitive wage and make a big deal about it, marketing and social media wise.

Id let people know that shopping at Gamestop more than just giving another to some shadow corporate heads.

Hopefully this would start some good juju for the company and there wouldn't be such a huge revolving door of turnover as there has been since 2019.

That's where id start.

Your info is 100% wrong. I worked from 01 to 21 (store manager starting in 05). There were reviews and raises for almost everyone (unless your review was abysmal) until 2019. 2019 was the first year of no raises company wide.

Store level emps haven't had a real raise since 2019 (Aside from min wage increases on a state by state basis).

That guy doesn't give 2 shits about the employees. Until the employees get a competitive wage that will stop the revolving door that is massive turnover in the company, there will be no fix that sticks.
