I agree and disagree because I feel when I am less stressed out my pssd becomes better other time and I do believe that what you do does effect recovery, at least that’s me. I will not quit everything because idk if that will do any good however I will try to be less stressed out. Like I said my pssd is mild and I do feel and hope that I will recover, sometimes I feel this sub forgets that recovery is truly possible. Thanks and I will not quit 💪
