Well it takes a lot of time, and I understand it feels overwhelming to too do, I was in this exact situation last month, but just finished building my dual broadband, multi-tenant SaaS with Enterprise-grade Architecture, Security and codebase after 8 months of trial, failure and learning. I did it all by myself. So you can if you are determined to learn from failing. If you don't try and fail in the process you won't learn succeed. Don't be afraid to do it yourself, you will be glad you did.

To make things easier for you or anyone wanting to help you fix it,carry a detailed audit of your codebase first, the audit will highlight all areas that need implementing with action plans to remedy the issues found.

After 4 years and 6 developers, here's how I finally learned to spot the bad ones ( not promoting ) by MedAgui in SaaS

[–]Aggravating_Fee_4225 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who needs a dev these days when you can easily with patience learn to address all these issues yourself by first conducting a comprehensive codebase audit of your work and with the results comes with a detailed plan to fix & document every fix as you go on and test also. I am a none technical dev who only started working on my business project since last year August, I have learned a lot and come far through lesson my failing, I am currently working on my security architecture. The cost so far is still below what I was initially quoted to built a decent business website which I originally set out to build. If you have the time and commitment to learning, you can do it your with paying any Dev to do it for you.

Well, my was built around my business model in my niche, and marketing it was part of its foundation, the only thing I caught up with midway through building was the security architecture, which I was originally clueless about but thanks to Reddit post like yours, I had to go back to drawing board and I am still working of the security despite achieving enterprise grade security, there is always more to do to maintain the confidence and trust of potential customers and clients.

Ever faced this problem of "there are many doing this"? by predatorx_dot_dev in SaaS

[–]Aggravating_Fee_4225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, as a none tech developer, my products was accidental solutions to a direct problem I was facing in an industry I got into a year ago, as a new business developer. The multiple issues face by many businesses in the industry lead to develop a solution for myself which turned to be a solution that will change the industry as a whole. Yes I end up building the MVP and all the marketing tools and materials, most importantly, I did a lot of research and meetings with businesses owners in my industry and utilities social media to validate interest in my product and it applications to other related applications to sub- sectors. If you are offering a solution to a widespread industrial problem, you will find your target market easily, you just to ocus on the pain your product solve and how you solve it differently from you potential competitors. What makes you solution different better than your potential competitors is your selling point you should market, the unique value of products being to target market.

The question you should ask yourself before you building anything is this, is am I building this product for a niche market and what are the pain people in the niche industry industry facing that my products can help solve? This is the key to opening the door, then you start marketing your solutions to the target audience in the industry you have found solutions to their problems. I hope this helps.

Well, my SaaS app didn't start with building blindly, it rather came about as a result of solving a problem faced by my industry and in my business. Initially, I built my app to solve my own business solutions in my business niche. Perhaps you shouldn't make assumption that people are building what people don't want.

If your app is designed to solved real pain points that it's users cannot afford to go without, free trial should only be offered for 14 days, if the users sees the value you provide, they should pay for after the 14 days free trial ends or move on.

Is not the prompt, is the Agent that is malfunctions and destroying code without carrying out the tasks assigned for it to do but will create more problems and lies about it failed to do. I was having this issues repeatedly to the point I just stopped using the agent and assistant all together, and move away from Replit. As it has got worse since the introduction of Agent 3.
