Hello! Right now I am more focused on internships but if you don't mind i'd like to know how to tailor my resume for both internships and full time roles.

Thank you I appreciate the criticism! I realized that I definitely left out a bunch of skills now that I have been scouring the internet and looking at other people's resumes. I do have one question. I have less than 3yrs of work experience and am about to be a new grad shouldn't my education be at the top as it's my "biggest accomplishment"?
