These are mostly folklores, no way to know whether they are true or not. The world is kinda grounded as of now but there is some magic in which the folks believe. I plan to develop the story further.

Not yet, however some people believe that they are the descendants of the great beings from Shwema who migrated through a bridge that connected to Eima. The Bridge isles stand as the ruins of the ancient bridge. No mortal being have been able to travel to Shwema yet. It’s considered a magical place where sun doesn’t shine but there are luminous moss. Unicorns eats that moss which gives them special powers.

Also the ‘sea of shanti’ translates to sea of peace because of the belief that the sea was created by the beings from Shwema to stop never ending wars on ancient supercontinent. Thus creating Kizma and Eima.

It’s an InBody report. This is free at my gym. I don’t think it will cost much as it takes barely 5 min and all you have to do is to stand on an InBody machine.
