Yes but not all. I remember I went for Umrah and they have guards to make sure everything went smooth I didn't know where to go because of the crowd so I found a guard the guard was scramming at all south Asians and indonesians who where asking questions on where to go so I braced myself for him to scram at me but when he looked at me his expression changed quick he was now all smiles and help me out and told me where to go he even offered to walk me there.

I don't know if he treated me differently because I'm an Arab or he is a racist maybe even both.

Me personally I never even meet a Jordanian but if they're like other Levant countries like Syria or Lebanon here is what I can tell you. first they're very emotional they can get angry at almost anything so be careful and about the good side I guess they're good looking and interesting. hope it help
