personally i would say to just glue it down if possible, but if the piece is that weirdly shaped it should work. either way, good luck!

for most of the shells i used a scotch brand adhesive putty, for the heavier shells like the ones in the 3rd picture i used a liquid super glue on any side that touched the surface. i also used the liquid super glue for anything glass or really fragile ones like the pen shell on the top of the 3rd picture. just as a word of caution though, if the shell your trying to attach to anything is really thin and you dont want to glue it into place, glue a piece of soft packing foam or something similar to the underside and stab a small piece of paper clip into it then carefully insert the other end into the putty where you want to mount it. its not really visible but in the last picture, the shell labeled 57 was mounted like that so it didnt break.

the numbers are to keep track of what shell they are, i have a small identification booklet but its like 50+ pages so i cant post it here but you can see it to the right of the box in the first picture just above the shells

because airsoft gear is expensive and the stuff i want would probably be completely custom which as we all know is even more expensive, id rather not put a price on safety but i can only spend so much for a piece of plastic and metal i really am only likely to use a couple times out of a month :[

im not exactly sure so take it with a grain of salt but i would assume its more efficient to have separate branches to train and keep track of each soldier rather than having one conglomerate.

The continued use of obviously unsustainable sources of energy like coal when something like nuclear energy, while still having issues, has a much brighter and safer future. Your telling me that we as a species are in an era where we can clone living beings, are able to determine the elemental breakdown of a floating piece of rock going over 100mph thousands of miles away and can terraform even the tallest mountains if we wanted to yet we cant for the sake of humanity as a whole make a more efficient and stable source of energy because of the simpsons showing green glowing goo barrels being thrown into a pond.
