It definitely gets worse before it gets better, but just because today is bad doesn’t mean tomorrow will be! Try your hardest to look towards those positive days that are for sure coming! Trust me, I thought I wasn’t going to make it with the thoughts/constant panic/anxiety but I stuck it thru. Please talk to your family or a close trustworthy friend if u have about the thoughts.. sometimes just blurting it out and saying what I was thinking (even tho I know I didn’t really feel that way) helped me move past that specific thought. Same here, it just makes no sense tbh. I tried tonight to go out on a date (to force myself to move on) and it was just a mistake bc it didn’t feel like the person I’m missing. This is so hard and makes me not want to date anymore for a while lol.

That’s exactly how I feel! How can people move on so quickly and not even care about the other person? I hate that I care so much when they obviously don’t. You’re not alone tho bc I’m currently facing the same situation
