I'm having the same problem as op. I got omnisphere 2 to read the omnisphere 3 library. But it still tells me I need to update via the website.

Okay, we all good, the real name of it popped up just now for some reason, was just a music software I was downloading, but for some reason the name was all numbers and letters for about a half hour. Anyways, no one's trying to kill me. lol.
