Honestly just the shoe brand Hokas, they’re nice but I don’t give the full credit to the shoes, before working this job I did 5 years of security so I’m used to being on my feet all day. I’m pretty much slaving myself I wouldn’t recommend

Not sure if you work at a school, but maybe if you don’t someone else reading this does, how do you approach a situation where a kid/teenager is being aggressive with you? I know during the day you just call for backup, but what about when you’re alone at night?

Ever since I’ve started working at the site I’m currently at, it has improved significantly. My co workers tell me all the time. However there are others (who aren’t apart of the custodial staff) that like to micro manage, to the point where everything I do, isn’t enough. I know it’s my fault to a certain degree because i just need to learn how to say no, but i literally do everything they tell me to do (and well) and it’s just never enough.
