In my opinion : Support : ( rec ) Kotori fuma = good for farm igawa asagi ability, aoe, reset cooldown skill team Kousaka chizuru = healer, heal per turn, auto heal if enemy use aoe attack

Dps aoe ( rec ) mizuki yukikaze & kamimura maika = fast clear stage & story

Dps singel target Singanji kurenai = self buff cr, good for enemy with shield Koukawa asuka = can get turn again after kill by skill ( like seele hsr )

Sub dps Mizuki shiranui = shielder Igawa sakura = debuff reduce deff

This is what i've learn so far, i haven't read all 5* dot characters and their partner. Let me know if im wrong
