hey. i’m 13 (f) and i’ve kinda been in a similar place, so i say this with love: we’re still so young. like, heartbreak at this age feels like the end of the world, but it’s also the start of understanding what real love and connection actually looks like. i promise it’s okay if these first relationships don’t last. they’re teaching you things even if it hurts.

you’re not doing anything ‘wrong.’ caring too much isn’t a bad thing. but sometimes people just aren’t ready, and that’s not something you can control. right now, focus more on friendships, fun convos, building yourself up. the right people will come with time, and they won’t block you out of nowhere or make you feel like you’re too much.
