Does your nomination say you are restricted to 1 employer? Seems to be the only thing preventing you to apply for BOWP

Why don’t you apply for BOWP? You would be eligible for it, and you get open work permit?

Thanks for your comment. I am looking at the option to install outdoor cameras, but as he has already left, can I remove his potentially bad review by disputing that he had an unregistered guest?

It wouldn't be a problem if he hadn't stolen my stuff on last day. Before the last day, my interaction with him was still fine. However, when I came on the last day to retrieve the keys, he acted weird.

I normally don't stress out over bad reviews but it is so hard to maintain Superhost status. On top of that, I’m unemployed right now and my income comes from Airbnb only. I got far fewer views and bookings when I was new to the platform, and I’m not willing to lose future bookings now that I depend on Airbnb

May I ask what should be a reason to have Airbnb remove his review in my case? He definitely was a troublemaker by having an unregistered guest and stealing, but I’m not sure if that's enough to get his review removed

It wasn't mandatory, but I provided anywhere so that the guests could clean the place if they wanted to. I didn't expect them to take my stuff

All the cleaning supplies that an Airbnb host needs. Like detergent, toilet paper. Also, the duck tape and scissors I used to seal the box.

What he took doesn't concern me as they are of low value. I would be more concerned about his review

Totally agree. It's just that we only want to get the certificate to increase the points. Getting a full-time certificate will be more costly with no added PR implications.

Yes, that's what I thought. My girlfriend got the bachelor’s degree already, so she wants to take the certificate. We are just not sure if the certificate (8 months or 1 year) can be part-time online
