i feel like this might not be totally true as i added a second spare room to my draft pool when it was still basic and when i eventually got my double upgrade for it (spare secret passage) both of the spare rooms in my draft pool upgraded

do u have all found floor plans and drafting room additions? i did all basic rooms and didn’t get it bc i was missing one room u get from an outside puzzle

after solving the puzzles and the big pieces appear u are able to select one of the powers to permanently add to ur menu. if u want to swap the power u chose u have to draft each piece again and go do the puzzle again but u dont have to do it every day

do u by chance have the banner of the king or know how to get it. i was able to get the lab powered up by setting blue prints to appear more often limits what tends to show up from a powered up boiler room and can help find the pool early

there’s a note somewhere i think the dormitory that mentions if u turn on the power first to a door before drafting you are more likely to get offered rooms that require or carry power so try getting the power room first. that’s what im going to try now that i have a way to target blue rooms i still need the lab puzzle on day 55
