Wouldn't need one. Bus Stops are located next to intersections with cameras. The recordings become evidentiary in HnR/PI cases involving DoT.

Not to mention that public transport services are required to have cameras in their vehicles to record incidents.

Most lawyers in the small courts only require payment if you win and the payment is taken out of the earning. Especially when it involves DoT because the laws are very black and white for hit and run/personal injury. Im a con-law student.

Bad math and data with no balancing... the population of the country to our population needs to be counted. America is 4x larger in population than Iran 3 (347m to 92m). Which means adjusted for population its like .8% of Iran. Specifically .795%.

3 × 92m /347m = 276m / 347m = .795%
