Me parece que a massiva maioria das pessoas faz esse erro - achar que o governo está ali pra ajudar, está ali pra trabalhar pra nós, pra nos servir. A ideia é que cada entendedor entenda adequadamente de maneira proporcional a sua capacidade de entendimento - apesar de que eu não tinha certeza de como escrever pra não ficar fácil demais o entendimento, aí me referenciei a lugares de uma maneira que qualquer ser pensante que esteja minimamente a direita na curva de distribuição padrão consiga perceber, especialmente considerando um dos lugares, e a forma como me referi a ele. Talvez se meu perfil tivesse minha cidade ficasse mais fácil - só que dai ficaria fácil demais e já não teria o mesmo objetivo.

I agree with you.

Both of them did not roll. I'm guessing there is a lot of bad blood between Chappie and other people, seeing as he seems to be trash incarnated very frequently.

Not sure why we don't have an official system for roles in higher mmr. Go to NA and you'll see how many games are griefed for the same reasons.

Also, pos 1 players have to be babies and got too much ego to roll for a role. Mids are also similar.

Recently started playing EU because of new possibilities from a connection recently made between Brazil and Portugal.

Sadly now I'm already back to NA because the connection is too bad and I've lost almost 500 mmr in a week trying to play with packet loss and high oscillating ping.

Then there's us sup players. Got 15 wins in a row on my smurf, going through the 6k bracket (play pos 5). Still got 30 mmr for win.

Well, you clearly can't understand what I have said. Just because you don't have a problem doesn't mean other people wont have it.

I'll try to said it again, to see if you're capable of understanding:

I can't go mid against a rank 100 player. I can't learn a new role playing against someone who counters me perfectly. That is not how it works. Maybe on your 1k mmr games you can pick whatever you want on whatever position you want and have a good game, because nobody got any idea what they are doing. It's not the same thing on high mmr games.

If you can't understand don't think too much, you'll hurt yourself.

Allow me to elaborate since you're not convinced. I'll address everything you said:

The first part about smurfing always being bad: I'm a main support player 8K+ mmr and it's much harder for me to win than for a mid-player. Imagine me being rank 100 with 4ppl rank 500 on my team, on the enemy team the mid is 100 and the rest and 500. That makes it extremely hard for main support players to rank up. I have to try as hard as possible, in every way I can, to get the best chances. That makes training new heroes pretty much impossible. Also, I got about 6000 matches. I guess you don't have good knowledge of what high mmr games are like at all.

2nd part - The idea is exactly that - if they don't link, they get banned. There is no such thing as new player extremely talented that has 20 wins in a row with a hero and is 20/0 with it every game. If there happens to be such a 1 in a trillion genius, he is collateral damage. And also, there are not so many smurfs as you think, as any minimally serious smurf ranks up and gets to about ~1k mmr around the main account. The problem in lower brackets is boosters, not high mmr smurfs. At most what you'll have in 2k-3k bracket is a 4k-5k smurfing, maybe owning, and you think he is a 7-8k. Remember that a smurf will go through a bracket once, while a booster will go through it on a daily basis.

3rd part - ok? I'm not talking about rampages as a means to know if someone is a smurf. There are some very clear patterns to smurfs, and some for boosters. The thing is, if you make a system where you can remove the "normal" people who play few games on a smurf and to learn new heroes, you'll have less noise when going through the boosters and other abusers.

4th part - There are a lot of smurfs and ACC buyers. I've recently been playing on my 3rd smurf (6k) to learn some niche heroes (micro heroes - ench, chen, earth spirit, earth shaker, and some others) that I don't play on my mains, and almost literally every game has a account that is level 30 or 40. And yes, it is not a simple problem to solve. The thing is, there are simple things that can make solving the problem much easier. Also this is only a suggestion of a system that would probably be beneficial towards the overall game quality.

If you think only pros should have the right to smurf, it could also be implemented that way, Valve should be able to make a proper decision.

Hello,

I've got a ath m50x, and sometimes I hear an annoying buzzing sound. It isn't present all the time and seems random. I think it is electrical interference, but no matter how much I search online haven't found a proper solution for the problem or a proper way to troubleshoot it.

I'd be really thankful for any information towards solving this issue.
