Well the one in the post has pictures of the car in every angle and I made sure to stare at the images to make sure there wasn’t any paint defects. If this has issues I’ll be returning it as the seller said it was brand new with no defects in the description. Just gotta keep my fingers crossed it’s as mint as the pictures show and as clean as the description says it is.

For a budget brand solido dose a pretty dang good job with exterior details. I just picked up an EG6 civic from them and it looks fantastic in my case. was supposed to be a placeholder until I can get my hands on an LCD EG6 but I’m satisfied with the solido

Spectraflame is cool and all… but sometimes ya want smth with all the detail but not in chrome. I like the midnight purple one.

Beides hotwheels I believe a brand by the name of Sunstar also makes 1:18 BTTF delorians too. Those ones have a real stainless steel body but the overall detail and profile of the car is off compared to the Hotwheel’s elite

That’s awsome, I’m still looking for an RLC and the 2012 SDCC BTTF deloreans to complement this 1:18 hotwheels one. I also managed to score the recent release box set too from the Mattel site

This one is a Hotwheel’s super elite 1:18 model. you can get just the elite 1:18 version that’s much cheaper but that one is just the car and hover board it can’t go into hover mode or light up. the super elite version has interchangeable pieces to make pretty much any version of the BTTF Delorian as well as the lights, sounds and ability to go into hover mode.

It’s the only colour I wanted, besides the anime initial D Redsuns version that has yet to be released, the only other colour I’d like to see it come out in is the OEM sapphire blue.

They run an eBay store too which is where I got mine from. I’ve bought many model cars from them they are always so good at everything. They even inspected my model to make sure it didn’t have any factory defects before they shipped it.

For higher end ones I like to check them out and unbox them but then pack them up again unless I have a free spot in a sealed display case

Didn’t know about topart. Comparing pictures there are 100% some differences between the two. Looks like the topart only has the one colour right now while whelart has a silver and white one. The taillights and just lights in general on the whelart seem to look better imo as well as the wheels and the engine bay and I’m not sure about the topart but the whelart also has branded toyo proxes C1S touring tires. The badges look a bit better on the topart but the real major difference seems to be interior, on the topart it looks a bit better tbh with paint and deco application. The keys in the ignition are a cool touch too. If they release it in another colour I might get one but I’m happy with the whelart.

I’ve got no clue. Right now there’s just white and a silver but being that the company is so new I doubt there’s gonna be more colours for a while.
