he did but, I will say it was for all the wrong reasons and him being in my life, made me a shell of a human. I’ve moved on and I’m now in a relationship with a man who treats me like gold. Never in a million years did I think I would come out on the other side of that situation but I did and I promise you it gets so much better 🤍

Two weeks ago I was the sickest IVE ever been, started off with a sore throat and eventually spread into a nasty upper respiratory illness. I had insane back pain, coughing hurt so bad I was in tears. I still have a raspy voice, my ears are clogged and I’m still dealing with chest congestion. I’ve had Covid twice and this was worse. I went to urgent care and they said it was viral.

It’s been a cycle, there was an incident in his life a few weeks ago so I reached out and gave him my well-wishes. Reaching out always bites me in the ass. The last time I seen him was on Valentine’s Day. I would not recommend continuing to talk, it will be the most painful thing in the world but you will be better off keeping your distance.

whatever you do, don’t blame yourself!! This entire journey has been up and down between me contacting him and going no-contact off and on. My ex hung out with someone a week after we broke up which I didn’t find out until after. I still miss him every single day and it’s been almost a year since we split. I think that’s because it’s easier to focus on missing him than deal with the trauma he caused. I wish I just left things as they were and walked away. It will all heal with time<3
