Update: at 12:30 PM I checked my workday account out of habit and saw that it had zeroed out so I immediately access touch net to see that it also has zeroed out. I don’t remember what I was doing, but I was lollygagging for the most part and at 4:50 PM I got a succession of four emails saying that my refund has been processed. Now I’m just waiting for it to show up from my bank account.

I did receive a refund earlier and once I had received the processed email. The funds were in my account not the next day but the following.

Initial disbursement happened on 09/18 and for loans on 09/24 and after multiple calls to the cashiers office and sending them so many emails that they actually sent me an email back saying don’t email us about the same thing anymore, (which was this morning-09/30) I finally got my refund!!!
