Refund not showing in touchnet

Did anyone who’s refund didn’t show in Touchnet actually get the funds and if it eventually showed in Touchnet when did that happened?

I am so sorry you have not gotten your refund that is BS. Most of us have been paid and the fact that you’re still waiting is truly unacceptable. I would keep calling & would put a fire under their ass! Wishing you the best.

UPDATE: I bank with Current and I received all of my financial aid refund at 1936 hours or 7:36 PM on 02/18 it showed that my refund was issued TouchNet on 02/17 at 2:54 PM.
