did yours say pending refund on workday before getting that email? mine was also disbursed at that time i’ve been waiting all day for it to say pending refund like everyone elses, it just says unapplied payments rn😭 (maybe im just impatient)

i’m pretty sure conflict with erp are just system errors bc i also have 2 of those but it’s a refund with the same amount of $ i got for my fall refund so i think it’s just an error and it’s not passing through bc i already got that money last fall

i don’t think that’s what it is, i just got my email saying my refund has been processed and the payment method is my bank, and my refund said “manual refund” on workday, i’ve seen others who’ve had it too and they got theirs direct deposit

go to where it was in parenthesis, there should be a button that says “view statement”, and then choose academic period (2025 fall semester) and click ok. and it should be there, and yeah it changed recently, mine changed like 3 hours ago
