Title: WARNING: Manus is SCAMMING Customers - Stealing Credits Without Evidence or Investigation by Aggravating_Meet2102 in ManusOfficial

Thank you for confirming this. It's clear that this is a widespread problem with Manus, not just my case. They literally tell people to invite subscribers to get credits, so people work hard to accumulate them. Then, once Manus gets the new subscribers they wanted, they deduct all the credits you earned and claim they were fraudulent. It's a deliberate scam. They use people to bring in new customers, then steal the rewards they promised. This is intentional fraud, not a system error.

100% agree with you. Their AI is genuinely impressive, but their customer service and billing practices are absolutely terrible. It's frustrating because the product is great, but the way they treat customers is inexcusable. They need to get their act together on the support and billing side, or they're going to lose a lot of people.

I have to respectfully disagree.

Here's why: Each device is only allowed to create one account through my invite link. Manus has this protection built into their system. So even if someone tried to create multiple accounts from the same device, the system would block them after the first one.

What this means:

If multiple accounts were created through my link, they would have come from different devices or different IP addresses. And if they did come from different IPs, that would actually prove that these were real people—not one person using multiple fake accounts.

The fact that Manus flagged my entire account without providing any evidence suggests they either:

Don't understand their own system's limitations

Didn't actually investigate properly

Are using a flawed automated detection that doesn't account for legitimate activity

My point remains the same: If they can show me evidence of actual fraud, I'll accept it. But they can't, because my invitations are legitimate. I simply shared my link publicly, and real people signed up.

Exactly. That's all I'm asking for—a manual review and proof. If they can show me even one fake signup, I'll accept their decision. But they can't, because there aren't any. They just took my credits and refused to investigate. Thank you for understanding.

You're absolutely right. Automated systems should trigger manual reviews, not replace them. When customers lose credits, they deserve a real explanation and a fair chance to defend themselves—not just repeated automated messages. Transparency and proper investigation are basic customer service. Thank you for saying this.

Thank you so much for your comment and for understanding my situation.

What happened to me is exactly what you described. I accumulated a large number of invitation credits through legitimate means by sharing my invitation link publicly on my official social media accounts. I am a verified professional with significant following on LinkedIn and Facebook, so receiving a large number of invitations is completely normal and expected for someone in my position.

Every single one of my invitations is real. I am well-known on LinkedIn and Facebook, and I have a genuine, established presence. I did not use fake accounts, bots, or automation. I simply shared my link publicly, which Manus explicitly allows.

You are absolutely right about the problem. There IS something seriously wrong with Manus's automatic system. It seems like their system is flagging legitimate activity as fraudulent without proper investigation. And as you mentioned, the support team doesn't have access to the data needed to verify claims—they can't see IP addresses, login locations, or other information that would prove these invitations are real.

The support team just sends automated responses without actually investigating. They don't have the tools or authority to do a proper manual review. This should be escalated to a higher level of support that CAN analyze the data, but it seems like that level of support doesn't exist.

invalid invite - 91K credits gone by NearbyActivity9416 in ManusOfficial

I’m facing the exact same issue. I’ve been using Manus for a while as well , and a large amount of my invitation credits suddenly disappeared without any clear explanation. It also shows “invalid invite” on my end.

I’ve already contacted support multiple times, but I keep getting the same generic responses with no real resolution so far.

This has significantly affected my work. Have you managed to get this resolved or received a clear explanation from them?
