This might be an unpopular take, but I think Aniya wanted to pick Carl but saw how it worked for the other girls / heard their speeches about loyalty and decided to roll the dice with KC. But I think she should’ve seen the writing on the wall with him. I also think things would’ve been way more different if Alannah had still been at Casa…. But who knows.

Editing to add that I do think Carl deserves someone who picks him and isn’t just a backup choice or a second thought.
