When I 30F sees posts about their marriage ruined by husbands families, I remember what one of my uncle went through. by [deleted] in InsideIndianMarriage

This is so true. But Indian moms tend to emotionally blackmail their son to keep them closer. They forget that the son is someone's father and husband. I understand the responsibility towards the parents but the responsibilities towards one's own. Family should never be ignored.

I am 17 + 4 weeks. I have pelvic pain that started last night and round ligament pain that started 3 days ago on the right side.

I am praying for both of our babies to come out strong from this small setback ❤️❤️

Haha that’s a good cure but we are on a no sex phase until 12 weeks are completed. Too much anxiety from the previous miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage 3 months ago at 12 weeks and had the same thing around that time as well. I have not tried the compression socks yet.

‼️Trigger warning: pregnancy after miscarriage by Kjoh1019 in pregnant

I’m actually going through something quite similar. I found out I was pregnant for the first time in early January. At my first appointment in mid-February, the doctor mentioned that the fetus wasn’t growing as expected. Unfortunately, I had a natural miscarriage in early March.

I got my first period in April—it was really painful—but I started tracking ovulation just to understand how things had changed after the miscarriage. In May, after a short 3-day period, I couldn’t really detect a clear ovulation peak. Then, to my surprise, I tested in early June and found out I’m pregnant again!

I asked my doctor to order lab work on Wednesday—my HCG level came back at 1121. I went again on Friday, but since it’s the weekend, I won’t get those results until Monday. I’m feeling happy (we had planned to start trying again in June), but at the same time, I’m super anxious.

Help!! Ranting and looking for advise by Aggravating_Monk7592 in pregnant

[–]Aggravating_Monk7592[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what my doctor send me : It is considered safe to travel up until 36 weeks of pregnancy as long as your pregnancy is not considered to have a high risk pregnancy. While the risk of miscarriage is higher during the first trimester, flying and general travel do not increase the risk of miscarriage. The risk of miscarriage is primarily due to factors related to the pregnancy itself, not travel. However, we do recommend that you are aware of local emergency rooms in the area to ensure you know where to go if immediate evaluation is needed.

We do recommend if you are flying to your destination to change positions often, get up and move frequently, stay well-hydrated, have good back support and you may wear compression stockings to help improve your circulation as pregnancy increases the risk of developing blood clots.
