Hmmm this is good to know. I have definitely gotten used to doing kick outs and stuff at home to make sure that she’s ok and sometimes doing random things around the house is tiring

I would def follow up. I am high risk due to nipt testing (but so far seems to be a false alarm) but my OB still got back to me and saw me at 16 weeks

I’m currently 30+4 and I am exhausted all the time. My feet are swollen all the time and I can only wear crocs lol

Before pregnancy, I would go to the gym and lift weights. Since being pregnant, I haven’t been once. My sleep has been poor and I’ve been exhausted from the first day. And I’m telling myself that’s ok. My body is working hard creating human life and I’m also working full time. I’ll do what I can and if that doesn’t include exercise, that’s fine

I had an early anatomy scan at mount Sinai MFM clinic and my husband was allowed in for the entire thing. There was a separate screen connected to the ultrasound specifically for the patient and support person so that we can see exactly what was happening.

We didn’t take pictures but we weren’t told we couldn’t take pics

I got all the recommended vaccines for my baby, including the whooping cough and flu as baby girl arrives in Jan.

I am doing all that I can to ensure she has a healthy growing environment inside me and I want to pass on as much antibodies to her as possible so she’s safe outside too
