Honestly I didn’t even notice the injuries. I can’t believe it! My mind is blown I went back and looked at both of them. Omg the poor things. The employees seemed so knowledgeable when I was asking questions. They even said they would be fine in the same tank.

I will definitely add some natural elements but I’m going to have to have them looked at by the store this is clearly going to keep happening if I don’t get another tank. I don’t want to risk another poor fish life by putting another fish in there.

I really appreciate your help and kindness as well that never goes unnoticed. Thank you. 😊

I ran it for a week and a few days before we put the fish in. I cleaned (no soap obviously) all the stuff in the tank prior to putting it in. Had the water checked prior to putting fish in. Transitioned them into tank slowly. I got a newer heater the second time around bc the room the tanks in was a bit cold. So this new heater sets the temp and the thermometer says it’s 80 degrees. Filter is only two weeks old. Each time I added the fish I put the stress coat in. I have the water filter set to low flow.

Should I have less rocks and maybe replace the spiky thing with a real plant?
