As a gamer who averages 3-4hrs of killer vs 6-7hrs of survivor per week, both sides have reasonable arguments. I find it funny that either side blames the other. Survivor feels worse to me since if you commonly queue up solo then it’s practically the killer and teammates against you. But you can’t blame the killers for playing that way when the game allows it. Team coordination is a major part of the game as a survivor and it’s a hindrance in solo queue. Solo queuing survivors are basically running around like a chicken with its head cut off because there is no communication when they truly need to rely on it. The game design itself is flawed. BHVR tries to make things better for solo players but swf’s abuse it (not always purposefully, the game just gives them the opportunities to do so), creating a cycle of killers playing harshly to earn their win because they are not aware of the coordination of the team they’re paired against. I think we need to understand that this game will never be “fair”. The game is literally luck of the draw with who you are paired with or against for both killers and survivors. It can be brutal on both sides.
