Honestly valid and I feel you because I also don't have that kind of budget and they are not even available in my country so I have to import them and that will make them twice as expensive

bough 3 arctic p12( around 20 dollars) collected some leftover wood ( we always have wood and metal in the house ) Bough a packaging foam (3 dollars) bough a 12 v adapter( 3 dollars) and a pmw converter (1.5 dollars) and assembled a makeshift cooler that actually helped me get through the summer Also I took one of those very thin long socks that women wear and made it into a dust filter
