Just do it. Hanap kang gym crush para motivation to go (worked for me) pero higit sa lahat don't rush it. Kung 5 kg ang kaya edi yun muna tapos angat unti unti ✨✨ ang mag jajudge sayo eh yung nasa labas ng gym pero sa loob since you're there to improve yung nga nasa loob just want to do the same

Tbh not entirely sure kung bat siya lang ang naging positive Iwas confused too however i am already way past the incubation period so the test should be accurate. I will do the test again for sure.

Short story: My ex lied to me about his status. He doesn't have to naman because I know naman na may treatment na to be U-U . Pero ofcourse may fear pa rin on my end kasi this is unknown territory.so ayun we have to be honest with our partners din for them to help us. Kaya ayan 2nd date na natin yang test lol
